The workshop at the back also benefits from a 3 phase electricity which requires special permission and cost several thousand pounds to install. Would be great if you could let potential buyers know this detail.
We asked an architect to draw some plans for a small 2 bedroom house at the back and we had submitted them to the council, but due to the lockdown the office was closed and we never progressed with it. So the property has a massive potential for development.
Additionally below is the link to the development project next to our house and the smallest house (2 bed house) will start at £525k.
